This is a multi-level, multi-paradigmal novel encompassing the vast field of dismal health situations, across the country. It describes 10 year efforts of a doctor couple, giving best years of their life, working in an inhospitable terrain, facing adversities of all types, to find effective solutions. The hospital they resurrect rises to a pinnacle of succes over years. The methods they devise to achieve that, are unconventional; these are fine lessons in Management of a project, and raising to high level of competency, the ordinary people they worked with. Their search for the alternatives for better health, is long drawn, and finally meets with success. Political ideologies reject these solutions. Nationalists do not understand it, cannot digest its success, and engage in deadly fights with them, their own people, aiming to destroy its successes. Vile human nature dominates, ethics, morality and justice are thrown out. The sacrosanct belief that acculturation emancipates humans turns out to be The Ultimate Untruth.
