CAROLYN WATSON'S writing has been nominated for the Canadian National Magazine Award for Fiction, the Writers' Trust / McClelland & Stewart Journey Prize, and the Alberta Magazine Awards. Her short fiction has appeared widely in literary magazines across North America and the United Kingdom. She writes across genres, from literary fiction to the speculative. Once Around the Graveyard is her second novel, following her debut, Fleur (Merricat Press).
