CARYN MIRRIAM-GOLDBERG, is the poet laureate of Kansas (2009-2012), the editor of four anthologies, and the author of The Divorce Girl, a novel (Ice Cube Press, 2012); The Sky Begins At Your Feet: A Memoir on Cancer, Community and Coming Home to the Body (Ice Cube Press, 2009); and four collections of poetry, most recently Landed (Mammoth, 2009).
